天津小高考英语考试要开考了，不到一个月的时间了，每次作文都过不了15分，怎么提高
谢邀。作文的提高主要在三个方面，结构，内容和语言。
首先，结构上要根据文体，不过根据高考阅卷的经历和高考英语写作的要求来说，多数情况把握三段式，开头开门见山点主题，中间主要内容加补充，末尾总结再情感。这样基本上结构就比较完整了。
内容主要指的是每个段落具体怎么样去写。首尾段往往根据文体有特定的表达或者句式，建议如果觉得自己写的不好的话可以根据情况搜索背诵一些固定句式，把别人好的东西拿过来。中间段落是重点，建议写完要求内容后补充一句话，可以是感受，可以是用途，也可以是目的，只要与上句话有关系就行，这样文章就饱满一些。
最后，语言质量想要短时间内很大提升比较难，可以考虑先从语言的连贯和一些简单的复杂句式进行尝试和练习。比如句子之间加连接词，运用一些状语或者定语从句，倒装强调等句式让语言更显高大上。
