艺术品备案怎么弄
申请人填写《艺术品经营单位备案申请表》，并递交相关材料到本机关受理窗口。第二步受理：服务窗口工作人员按法律法规规定查验申请材料，材料齐全的，开具《收件凭证》。申请材料符合标准的，及时受理;申请材料不符合标准的，待申请人补正资料后，再行受理。第三步审查与决定：文化市场管理事务中心予以审查，根据申请材料情况，对符合要求的艺术品经营单位进行备案。
